I have a Delphi FG0827 assembly so this is no help for me.

Have you ever tried to drop a full tank of gas? I have. It's not fun. If the fuel pump totally fails you'll never be able to drain the tank before you drop the tank - anti-siphon devices prevel draing through th filler. If the pump still pumps at a low pressure you can drain the tank. By the way, my Delphi pump died after only 2 years. I'm lucky that it still pumped at 10 PSI so that I could drain the tank - a FULL tank.

Could probably hook up a shop vac to the rubber hose (that connects to the filler neck/tube), leave the top access port home open, and just let it run for 20-30 min. to accelerate drying.

I have a NAPA p/n 9834 AGM battery in trunk mount next to the ATN fuel cell in my Mach 1. NAPA's half the price of an Optima...and you don't get any 2 year-old "new" batteries from NAPA, either. I've seen nearly 3 year-old Optimas sold as new! FYI: Once the acid goes in, it isn't new any more.

Hi, I’m testing a 2019 es350 with an identical pin out as shown in this video. With KOEO, I have 12 volts at all 3 phase wires, just like you demonstrated. The thing that’s puzzling me is that I have 8 volts at the brown wire. I don’t know much about shielded grounds. Would the 8 volts at the brown wire suggest high resistance in the ground? Thank you

Great video. It's worth noting that Tesla now replace this for free if you are within the 8 year battery warranty, which you should be when this warning appears. Initially they charged me £260 for the job but when a friend had the same issue and it was done under warranty, I complained and months later Tesla refunded the charge.

I have a 2014 model s and they say to replace both the front and rear control arms due to them breaking. Tesla wont pay even though they know they keep breaking. Which ones (front or back) do you recommend replacing first. Which seems to break more often? Thanks for any info.

Delphi these days is not the old Delphi! After they split up with gm all down hill . Less then a year ago I bought all Delphi injectors for my Cummins and Delphi lift pump ! Injectors first go round 1 over fueling out the box! Swap it out intermittent issues. Eventually got sick of swapping them sent them in as cores. After they disassembled them Delphi never replaced the solenoids and one was falling apart almost putting particles into fuel return . Ate the cost to have them rebuilt what do you know the Delphi fuel pump takes a shit now 7 months old! It’s a shame I used to be die hard Delphi man when I worked for gm

Great bit of kit that seems to over complicate a relatively straight forward job. Tesla brake hydraulics are not special, thankfully.

@DelphiTechnologies The replacement part doesn't appear to be any stronger than the weak OEM part. What has been improved to prevent a future break in the same place?
